Natural paints are made of plants and minerals: linseed and safflower oils, solvents are plant turpenes such balsamic, citrus, lemon or orange oil –all from renewable sources, and they smell fantastic!
There are many companies who specialise in the manufacture of natural paints. Ecos paints have patented a non-solvent paint to overcome radiation and harmful microwaves. Earthborn paints produce paints of clay. Womersley’s specialise in natural mineral products. Sto produce an excellent fibre material for walls and polished decorative plasters. Auro and Biofa have a an extensive selection of paints, natural lime distempers and water based varnishes.
